Steps to move out.
- Submit written notice (email or text is fine) at least 30 days before your lease ends.
- Forward your new address so we can return any applicable security deposit.
- Review our move-out checklist to avoid deductions.
- Schedule a walkthrough or inspection time, if required.
Cleaning & deposit return.
To protect your full deposit, it's important to follow our cleaning guide carefully, remove all belongings, and repair any tenant-caused damage. We typically require a $110 cleaning fee for all move-outs pending the specifics of your lease.
Deposits are returned within 30 days of your lease ending and keys being returned.
