Management Fee Tiers
Tiers are based on the combined monthly gross rents you have under our management. The bigger your portfolio, the lower your percentage — because the per-unit overhead drops as scale increases, and we'd rather pass those savings on than pocket them.

Note: To qualify for a given tier, SPM must receive maintenance and leasing work for no less than the tier's specified percentage of units. Tier qualification is reviewed periodically. Pricing subject to change with notice; current owners are grandfathered on existing terms unless mutually renegotiated.
