Who we are

This policy applies to the website at https://stewardshipmanagementllc.com (the "site") and to personal information we collect through it, operated by Stewardship Management & Realty LLC ("Stewardship," "we," "us"), 6947 Promway Ave. NW
North Canton, OH 44720. It does not cover other websites or systems we link to, such as the Owner Portal and Resident Portal, rental listings and applications, or social media pages. Those are run by other companies under their own privacy policies (see Third-party content and links).

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, what you are interested in, and your message.
• Self-Assessment: your answers stay in your browser while you take the quiz. If you choose to continue at the end, we collect your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code, and send them with your results to our team so we can follow up. If you tick the optional box, we may also occasionally email you landlord resources; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Calls, texts and email: the contact details and content of messages you send or leave us.
• Owner and resident services: information in management agreements, rental applications, leases and portals is collected through our property management systems and staff, under the agreements and notices that apply to those services.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use this data for advertising. Cloudflare may also count page requests at its servers, without running anything in your browser or setting cookies. If you allow analytics, we also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which receives technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you, so we can see how the site is used and improve it. We do not run advertising trackers on the site. When you submit the contact form, we count the submission (for example, that one form was sent) without recording your name, email, phone number, message or IP address in those counts.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or similar sensitive information through the contact form or by email. Applications and payments are handled through secure systems, not this form.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and provide property management, leasing and maintenance services
• To process rental applications and screen prospective residents through our application and screening systems
• To communicate about properties, leases, maintenance and account matters
• To protect the site, our residents and our business from spam, fraud and other abuse
• To keep business, tax and accounting records and to comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as needed with:

• Service providers that help us run the site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting, security and the Turnstile spam check on the contact form), Ahrefs (website analytics, if you allow it), our email delivery provider (Resend), our property management software provider (Rent Manager), ShowMojo (listings and showings), tenant screening companies, payment processors, and vendors or contractors who perform maintenance.
• Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants and insurers.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and property.
• A successor if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are small files or browser storage that sites use to remember information. On your first visit we ask which optional services you allow. Until you choose, and if you reject them, only the strictly necessary services below and the Google reviews widget (see Third-party content) run. You can change your choices at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent, the page reloads without those services.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• Hosting and security (Cloudflare) deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may also count page requests at its servers, without running anything in your browser or setting cookies.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (contact form and the final step of the Self-Assessment only) loads when you start filling in the form or reach that step. It checks that you are not an automated bot and may use browser signals for that purpose. It is used for security, not advertising.
• Your privacy choices are saved in your browser's local storage (under "stewardship-consent") so we don't ask again on every page. This stores only your choices, not who you are.

Analytics (only if you allow it)

• Ahrefs Web Analytics measures visits, such as which pages are viewed and which sites refer visitors. Ahrefs receives your IP address and browser details. We use it to understand and improve the site, not for advertising.

Third-party content

• Google reviews (Elfsight) on the home and Testimonials pages, loaded automatically. Elfsight and Google may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive your IP address and browser details.
• Rental listings (ShowMojo) on the Available Properties page. Our servers read our current listings from ShowMojo, our leasing system, and show them on our own pages, with the photos served from our own domain. Viewing the page does not connect your browser to ShowMojo, and we do not set cookies for it. If you choose "Schedule a showing", "View details" or "Apply", the link opens ShowMojo or our application system in a new tab, and that company's own privacy practices then apply: it may set cookies, use analytics, estimate your approximate location from your IP address, and offer a leasing chat assistant run by its partner TenantText.
• YouTube videos load only when you press play, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. This connects your browser to Google and YouTube servers.

We do not control how these companies use the information they collect; their own privacy policies apply. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking ourselves.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: analytics stay off. The Google reviews widget still loads, because it is not gated by these choices. You can also block or delete cookies and storage in your browser settings; doing so may stop the Google reviews or the listings gallery from working.

Third-party content and links

The site links to or embeds services run by others, including Rent Manager (Owner and Resident Portals and rental applications), ShowMojo (listings and showings), PetScreening, YouTube, Google, Elfsight, Ahrefs, and our social media pages. When you use them you leave our site, and their own privacy policies and terms apply. We are not responsible for their practices.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections and we limit access to personal information to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the site or by email.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as to know, access, correct, delete and port your information, to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (which we do not do), and to appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

To make a request, email info@stewardshiprealtyllc.com or call 330.600.4556. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general if you remain unsatisfied.

If you apply to rent, screening companies may provide consumer reports about you. Your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act are described in the notices given to you when you apply.

Children's privacy

The site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
