Ever wondered what goes into transforming a outdated property into a cozy, inviting home? Let's take a behind the scenes look at the incredible work of our maintenance renovation team.
Our maintenance team walks through multiple houses and units every single day, carefully considering both cost and functionality during walkthroughs and estimates. Recently, they had completed a full renovation on a property that a client had purchased. This property was in need of some major remodel work in order to be ready for a new resident to move in. Below are some of the pictures of the property before renovations were completed.
As you can tell from the pictures, the team had their work cut out for them! The team repainted almost every surface in the home, bringing new life to each room. We also replaced the lighting fixtures and the flooring, creating a more welcoming atmosphere throughout the space. Due to the property sitting vacant for an extended period of time, the plumbing in the home needed major repairs, including replacement of the main water line. Fortunately, we have a deep bench of subcontractors who were able to work quickly to get the cost estimated and repaired so that the team could continue working on the project. You can see here in the after pictures that the space has been transformed and is ready for a new resident to move into the property.
