We understand pets are family—and we’re happy to offer pet-friendly rental properties across Akron, Canton, Massillon, Wooster, and surrounding areas.
But just like everything we do, our pet policy is designed with thought, fairness, and care—for our residents, our owners, and the properties we manage.
Pet Policy Guidelines
Our policies may vary by property and owner preferences, but here’s what typically applies:

Pets must be registered through PetScreening.com

$200 non-refundable pet deposit (per pet)

$50/month pet rent (per pet)
- Breed restrictions may apply, especially for insurance compliance
- Written approval is required before any pet is allowed on the property
Pet Screening allows us to fairly assess each animal and ensure all documentation—like vaccinations and behavior history—is in order.
Assistance Animals
We absolutely comply with all fair housing laws regarding service animals and emotional support animals. No pet fees apply to verified assistance animals. You’ll still register your animal through PetScreening so we have documentation on file.
