Steps to Move Out

  1. Submit written notice (email or text is fine) at least 30 days before your lease ends.

  2. Forward your new address so we can return any applicable security deposit.

  3. Review our move-out checklist to avoid deductions.

  4. Schedule a walkthrough or inspection time, if required.

Cleaning & Deposit Return

To protect your full deposit, it's important to follow our cleaning guide carefully, remove all belongings, and repair any tenant-caused damage. We typically require a $110 cleaning fee for all move-outs pending the specifics of your lease.


Deposits are returned within 30 days of your lease ending and keys being returned.
